Out-of-bounds read in SUBNET Solutions PowerSYSTEM Center 2020 5.24.x and earlier allows adjacent attackers to interrupt service. During certificate import, the SMTPS notification service evaluates crafted F2m elliptic-curve parameters and performs an out-of-bounds read, driving excessive CPU consumption. Reachability requires an adjacent network position and a crafted certificate; the published impact is limited to service degradation.
