Utility crash via unchecked color-map index

Heap buffer overflow in gif2rgb in GIFLIB project giflib 5.2.2 and earlier allows local users to crash the utility via a crafted GIF. DumpScreen2RGB uses each decoded pixel value as an index into ColorMap->Colors without verifying that it is below the color count, producing an out-of-bounds heap read. The default three-file output mode reaches this path without privileges; public evidence demonstrates a process crash rather than code execution.
