Information disclosure via disabled remote-image loading
Published Jul 29, 2025 · Updated Apr 2, 2026
Information disclosure in Mail Drafts in Apple iOS and iPadOS before 18.6 and iPadOS before 17.7.9 allows remote attackers to load remote content. Mail Drafts retains an incorrect loading state and fetches remote resources after the Load Remote Images preference disables those requests. No authentication or user interaction is required; the consequence is limited to unintended retrieval of attacker-controlled remote content.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
