Domain spoofing via incorrect pop-up title truncation

UI spoofing in Safari before 18.5 and macOS before 15.5 allows remote attackers to misrepresent a pop-up window's domain name. Safari truncates a fully qualified domain name incorrectly when rendering the pop-up title, allowing attacker-controlled text to obscure or imitate the displayed origin. A user must visit an attacker-controlled website and rely on the title; Apple reports deceptive origin display only, not data access or code execution.
