Local process crash via near-null read

NULL pointer dereference in Gnuplot before 6.0 allows local users to crash the plotting process via a crafted input script. CANVAS_text in term/canvas.trm reads through a near-null address while term_end_plot finalizes Canvas output from the loaded script. The attacker must be able to supply and execute local Gnuplot input; the bounded result is termination of that Gnuplot process, not host shutdown.
