Process crash via uninitialized time formatting

Improper time-value validation in Gnuplot before 6.0 allows local users to trigger a claimed process crash via crafted plot input. An out-of-range time reaches snprintf in xstrftime with uninitialized data after dummy mousing code runs for a terminal that lacks mouse support. The upstream maintainer reproduced only a warning and disputed both the reported segmentation fault and any harmful side effect, so the availability consequence remains contested.
