Local process crash via invalid annotation pointer

A NULL pointer dereference in Gnuplot before 6.0 allows local users to crash the plotting process through crafted input. GetAnnotateString in src/mouse.c processes unvalidated annotation data with sprintf, leading to an invalid read during status-line rendering. A local user must cause Gnuplot to process crafted plot input; the demonstrated consequence is termination of the Gnuplot process.
