Process crash via zero-radius arc-box parsing

Heap-buffer overflow in Xfig fig2dev 3.2.9a allows local users to crash the process via a crafted FIG file during pict2e conversion. A zero-radius arc-box reaches create_line_with_spline, which reads a point immediately before the allocated spline array instead of treating the object as a plain box. The demonstrated consequence is an AddressSanitizer abort; no code execution or broader system compromise is documented.
