View count manipulation via discardable client marker

Data manipulation in NamelessMC Nameless 2.1.4 and earlier allows remote attackers to inflate forum topic view counts without authentication. In modules/Forum/pages/forum/view_topic.php, the counter increments whenever the nl-topic-[tid] cookie or guest session marker is absent, trusting client-controlled state. Repeating topic requests without retaining that marker is sufficient to corrupt stored popularity metrics; no account or user interaction is required.
