Contributor-level stored XSS via insufficient sanitization
Published Mar 27, 2025 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Stored XSS in Ninja Team WP Click to Chat 2.3.4 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts into site pages. The plugin inadequately sanitizes stored input and fails to escape it when generating page output, but public advisories do not identify the affected field or function. Contributor-level access is required, and the injected script executes only when another user opens the affected page, enabling browser-context data access or page changes.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
