Path traversal in Apptha Slider Gallery 2.5 and earlier allows remote attackers to download arbitrary website files without authentication. Patchstack and the CNA record do not disclose the affected file, function, request parameter, or pathname-validation operation. Network access to a WordPress site running the plugin is sufficient; exposed files can include credentials or backups, while no write or service-interruption impact is reported.
