Access-control weakness in Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Tools 9.2.0.0 through 9.2.9.3 allows remote authenticated users to read and modify data. Oracle identifies the locus only as Web Runtime SEC and has not published the faulty request handler or authorization operation. Low-privileged HTTP access is required; successful attacks can read a subset of accessible data and update, insert, or delete some accessible data.
