Incorrect authorization in Oracle PeopleSoft PeopleTools 8.60 through 8.62 allows remote attackers to read and modify accessible data via HTTP. Oracle identifies the locus only as PIA Core Technology and has not published the request, parameter, or authorization operation that mishandles untrusted input. Exploitation is unauthenticated over the network but requires another person to interact, after which accessible PeopleTools data can be read, inserted, updated, or deleted.
