Improper access control in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Tools 9.2.0.0 through 9.2.9.2 allows remote authenticated users to read critical data via HTTP. Oracle identifies the affected locus only as Web Runtime SEC and does not disclose the endpoint or access-control operation that mishandles requests. Low-privileged credentials and network access to the HTTP interface are required; successful exploitation exposes all data accessible through EnterpriseOne Tools without reported write or service-interruption impact.
