Incorrect authorization in Oracle CRM Technical Foundation 12.2.11 through 12.2.13 allows remote authenticated users to read and modify CRM data via HTTP. Oracle identifies the affected locus only as the Preferences component and has not published the faulty authorization operation or controllable request field. Exploitation requires high-privilege credentials and network access to the HTTP interface; successful attacks can read a subset of accessible data and update, insert, or delete some accessible data, with possible impact beyond the component.
