Improper access control in Oracle PeopleSoft Enterprise CC Common Application Objects 9.2 allows remote authenticated users to read and modify data. Oracle identifies the Page and Field Configuration component but has not published the affected request, authorization check, or code path. Low-privileged HTTP access is sufficient, and exploitation permits access to or modification of critical or all application-accessible data without affecting availability.
