Remote memory disclosure via TCPS version response

Information disclosure in Oracle Database Server allows remote attackers to read RDBMS Listener memory through Oracle Net. A TCPS listener with LOCAL_OS_AUTHENTICATION set to OFF appends uninitialized process memory to an unauthenticated version-command response instead of ending after the expected banners. Versions 19.3 through 19.26, 21.3 through 21.17, and 23.4 through 23.7 are affected; exploitation requires that nondefault setting and human interaction, and exposes connected-client data and host environment variables.
