Improper access control in Oracle PeopleSoft Talent Acquisition Manager 9.2 allows remote authenticated users to read and alter recruiting data. Oracle identifies the Job Opening component but has not published the affected function, request parameter, or wrong authorization operation. Exploitation requires a low-privileged HTTP session and another person's interaction; successful attacks expose a subset of data and permit some updates, insertions, or deletions and can cross product boundaries.
