Information disclosure in Oracle Database Server 19.3 through 19.26 allows remote attackers to read FPP data through HTTP. Oracle has not disclosed the affected HTTP handler or the operation that returns Fleet Patching and Provisioning data without authorization. No credentials or user interaction are required, and the documented impact is limited to reading a subset of data accessible to that component.
