Improper access control in Oracle PeopleSoft PeopleTools 8.60 through 8.62 allows remote authenticated users to read and modify data. The flaw is in the Panel Processor, but Oracle has not published the operation that mishandles input or authorization. Exploitation requires low-privilege HTTP access and interaction by another person, and it permits only a subset of accessible data to be read, updated, inserted, or deleted.
