An undisclosed flaw in Oracle Database Server XML Database allows remote authenticated users to read and modify accessible data via HTTP. Oracle has not published the affected function, request field, or faulty operation in the XML Database component. Exploitation requires a low-privilege database account and another person's interaction on versions 19.3 through 19.26, 21.3 through 21.17, or 23.4 through 23.7; successful attacks expose a subset of data and permit some updates, inserts, or deletions.
