Expired pointer dereference in rpd in Juniper Networks Junos OS and Junos OS Evolved allows attackers to crash and restart rpd via an LSP flap. When node-link-protection and transport-class are both configured, an MPLS LSP flap makes rpd dereference an expired pointer and restart. Reachability is adjacent and unauthenticated; continuous flapping can repeatedly crash rpd and sustain a routing-service interruption.
