Sustained routing-service interruption via as-path CLI command

Improper exceptional-condition handling in Juniper Networks Junos OS and Junos OS Evolved allows local users to crash and restart rpd. With asregex-optimized configured, the show route as-path CLI handler mishandles a specific command and terminates the routing protocol daemon. Low-privileged CLI access is required, and repeated execution sustains the routing-service interruption.
