Service interruption via malformed LLDP value conversion

Signed-to-unsigned conversion in l2cpd in Juniper Networks Junos OS and Junos OS Evolved allows attackers to crash the daemon. The daemon converts a value from a malformed LLDP TLV from signed to unsigned during processing, producing an unexpected value that terminates l2cpd. Reachability requires an adjacent, unauthenticated attacker and active LLDP telemetry subscriptions; repeated packets sustain the service interruption.
