Stored XSS via insufficient SVG validation

Stored XSS in Download Manager 3.3.12 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts through uploaded SVG files. The SVG upload path accepts files without sufficient file-type validation, and later delivery renders attacker-controlled SVG script content without safe sanitization or escaping. Author-level access is required to upload the file, and script execution occurs when another user opens the stored SVG.
