Forced authenticated state changes
Published Mar 24, 2025 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Cross-site request forgery in OTWthemes Info Boxes Shortcode and Widget 1.15 and earlier allows remote attackers to force authenticated actions. Patchstack and the CNA record do not disclose the affected endpoint, handler, request parameters, or exact state-changing operation. Exploitation requires an authenticated user to visit attacker-controlled content, and the published assessment limits the consequence to low-integrity changes without data disclosure or service interruption.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
