Local file disclosure via followed build symlinks

Path traversal in AWS SAM CLI before 1.134.0 allows local users to read symlink target contents copied from container builds. During post-build cache population, osutils.copytree reaches shutil.copy2 without disabling symlink following, so targets become regular files or directories in .aws-sam/cache. Exposure requires a container build whose artifacts contain a symlink; the copied data remains limited to the local workspace and does not affect AWS services or production resources.
