Buffer overflow in Apple AirPlay audio SDK before 2.7.1 and AirPlay video SDK before 3.6.0.126 allows remote attackers to crash apps. Apple states that improved input validation addressed the overflow but has not identified the affected parser, field, or unsafe copy operation. An unauthenticated attacker must share the target's local network; Apple reports unexpected app termination, while the discoverer labels code execution only as potential.
