Code execution via malformed symbol bounds

Out-of-bounds read in the Symbol Editor in NI Circuit Design Suite 14.3.0 and earlier allows attackers to execute code via a crafted .sym file. GetSymbolBorderRectSize() performs improper bounds checking on untrusted symbol data and reads beyond the intended buffer. Exploitation requires a user to open the malicious file and can disclose process memory or execute arbitrary code in the user's context.
