CVE-2025-30406Known exploitationPublic exploitNetwork attack vector

Remote code execution via forged ViewState payloads

Published Apr 3, 2025 · Updated Oct 21, 2025

Deserialization in Gladinet CentreStack before 16.4.10315.56368 allows remote attackers to execute code through forged ASP.NET ViewState. The portal's IIS web.config supplies a hardcoded machineKey that lets crafted ViewState pass integrity verification and reach server-side deserialization. Exploitation requires the known default key, needs no account or user interaction, and runs code in the portal application pool.
