Code execution via overflowing model buffer bounds

Integer overflow in Meta Platforms ExecuTorch before 0.7.0 allows remote attackers to execute code by supplying a crafted model. HierarchicalAllocator::get_offset_address adds attacker-controlled offset_bytes and size_bytes before checking the sum against the selected buffer, so integer wraparound bypasses the bounds test. An application must load attacker-controlled model data; successful exploitation can place objects outside allocated memory and execute code in that process.
