CVE-2025-30378

Code execution via untrusted-data deserialization

Published May 13, 2025 · Updated Feb 13, 2026

Deserialization of untrusted data in affected Microsoft SharePoint Server releases allows attackers to execute code locally. Microsoft has not disclosed the affected component, deserialization API, or path by which attacker-controlled data reaches it. Exploitation requires local access, high-complexity conditions, and user interaction; successful exploitation runs attacker-chosen code on the server.
