Username enumeration via skipped password hashing

Observable timing discrepancy in OpenSlides before 4.2.5 allows remote attackers to enumerate valid usernames through login requests. At /system/auth/login/, readUserFromDatastoreByCredentials skips isPasswordCorrect and its password-hashing work when isExisting returns false, making unknown-user responses roughly 185 ms faster in X41 testing. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the bounded impact is disclosure of which submitted usernames correspond to existing accounts.
