Unauthenticated command execution via crafted HTTP POST
Published Sep 29, 2025 · Updated Sep 29, 2025
OS command injection in WD MyCloud firmware before 5.31.108 allows remote attackers to run system commands through a crafted HTTP POST. The user interface fails to neutralize command syntax in POST data before constructing an operating-system command, but the affected endpoint and function are undisclosed. No authentication or user interaction is required; network access to the device interface is sufficient for arbitrary command execution on the NAS.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
