Authentication lockout bypass via stale counter updates

Race condition in SecurEnvoy SecurAccess Enrol before 9.4.515 allows remote attackers to evade lockout while guessing TOTP codes. Enrol reads the failed-attempt count from LDAP, performs authentication work, then updateuser increments the stale value, so concurrent CGI processes overwrite increments. Exploitation requires synchronized HTTP requests against managed users; hundreds of wrong codes can register as only a few attempts, enabling account takeover when a guess succeeds.
