Remote code execution via unchecked secondary header length

Heap overflow in NASA CryptoLib 1.3.3 and earlier allows remote attackers to corrupt heap memory via a crafted TM packet. Crypto_TM_ProcessSecurity copies 6 + secondary_hdr_len bytes into a len_ingest-sized heap buffer without checking that the declared secondary header fits the packet. No authentication or user interaction is required; the overwrite crashes the consuming process or permits arbitrary code execution.
