Code execution via raw HTML environment tooltip

Cross-site scripting in Bruno 1.38.0 through 1.39.0 allows context-dependent attackers to execute code via a malicious collection. Environment tooltip components pass an imported environment name to react-tooltip as raw HTML, injecting inline script into the DOM on hover. Execution requires a user to download and open an untrusted Bruno or Postman collection and hover over its environment name; the script can read or write local files and reach renderer IPC functions.
