DNS resolution disruption via weak ECS reply validation

Insufficient reply validation in PowerDNS Recursor allows remote attackers to disrupt DNS resolution by spoofing answers to ECS queries. In lwres.cc, the resolver handles answers to ECS-enabled outbound requests without the stricter chaining and reply checks applied by patched releases. Exposure requires nondefault outgoing ECS to be enabled; successful spoofing pollutes cached DNS answers without compromising the host.
