Cross-site scripting via nonce injection into metadata
Published Mar 31, 2025 · Updated Mar 31, 2025
Cross-site scripting in KNIME Business Hub 1.12.0 through 1.12.3 and 1.13.0 through 1.13.2 allows remote attackers to run JavaScript. The nuxt-security nonce logic rewrites attacker-controlled script-like text inside meta tag attributes, breaking the attribute boundary and creating executable script tags. A victim must open a crafted link or page; code then runs with that user's permissions and can read or modify accessible data.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
