Authenticated MFA bypass through search APIs

Incorrect authorization in Mattermost search APIs allows remote authenticated users to bypass MFA for user, channel, and team searches. The three search API groups process authenticated queries without enforcing the additional MFA requirement. A valid low-privilege session is required, and the documented consequence is unauthorized access to search results rather than data modification or service interruption.
