Service crash via oversized integer buffer read

Out-of-bounds read in Siemens UMC before 2.15.1.1 and integrated products allows remote attackers to crash the UMC service. The um.Ris.exe process uses an attacker-supplied oversized integer during buffer handling, causing an out-of-bounds read and process termination. No authentication or user interaction is required; network access to TCP ports 4002 or 4004 is sufficient, and the bounded impact is interruption of UMC-backed services.
