Authenticated UI denial of service via oversized iframes
Published Apr 18, 2025 · Updated Apr 18, 2025
UI denial of service in the forum in NamelessMC Nameless 2.1.4 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to block forum controls. The getPurified method in core/classes/Core/Output.php allows iframe width and height attributes without limits, so posted embeds can cover the interface. Any authenticated account permitted to post topics, comments, or feed entries can persist the payload and disrupt forum interaction for users and administrators.
