Underpaid orders via unchecked post-authorization cart changes

Order manipulation in Sylius PayPal Plugin before 1.6.2, 1.7.0 through 1.7.1, and 2.0.0 through 2.0.1 allows remote attackers to underpay orders. PayPalOrderCompleteProcessor completes the payment without comparing the mutable Sylius order total with the PayPal-authorized payment_amount value. Exploitation requires a shopper to authorize PayPal checkout, return to the order summary, increase the cart total, and finalize an order whose value exceeds the captured payment.
