Published Dec 1, 2025 · Updated Dec 1, 2025
Out-of-bounds read in the dpc modem on Unisoc T8100, T8200, T8300, and T9100 chipsets allows remote attackers to crash the modem. The dpc modem dereferences a null pointer while processing network input, terminating the affected modem service. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the published consequence is limited to service interruption rather than data access or modification.

Attacks
What attackers are doing with it
Daily unique IPs observed by Shadowserver honeypots for known exploited vulnerabilities (KEVs). Missing observations do not establish an absence of attacks.
