Root command execution via DDSH command injection

OS command injection in Dell PowerProtect Data Domain DD OS 7.7.1, 7.10.1, and 7.13.1 releases allows local users to gain root access. The DDSH CLI passes insufficiently neutralized special elements into an operating-system command, affecting Feature Release 7.7.1.0 through 8.1.0.10, LTS2024 7.13.1.0 through 7.13.1.25, and LTS 2023 7.10.1.0 through 7.10.1.50. A low-privileged DDSH account and local access are required; successful exploitation executes arbitrary commands with root privileges.
