Static code injection in Tiny Technologies MoxieManager PHP before 4.0.0 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary PHP code. InstallCommand writes unsanitized request values into executable config.php without escaping and remains callable after installation. Unauthenticated network access to the installer is sufficient, and successful injection runs code in the server application's context.
