CVE-2025-30076Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Administrator command execution via unsanitized report parameter

Published Mar 16, 2025 · Updated Mar 17, 2025

OS command injection in Koha before 24.11.02 allows remote authenticated users to execute commands through the task scheduler. tools/scheduler.pl converts the report value to an integer for lookup but interpolates the original string into a shell command, preserving metacharacters. Access to the administrator-only scheduler and a valid report ID are required; injected commands run with the web server account's permissions.
