Authenticated database disclosure via injectable pesel parameter
Published Aug 27, 2025 · Updated Aug 27, 2025
SQL injection in CGM CLININET before 2024.MS4 allows remote authenticated users to read database data through the pesel parameter. The getPatientIdentifier function in PatientService.pl uses pesel in an SQL command without neutralizing attacker-controlled SQL syntax. Access to the adjacent network and a low-privileged application account are required, and the published impact is limited to confidentiality.
