Authenticated RCE via ConvertToPDF filename command injection

Command injection in CGM CLININET before 2024.MS4 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary code through a crafted filename. The ConvertToPDF function in UHCRTFDoc passes the attacker-controlled filename to system() without neutralizing shell metacharacters. Exploitation requires an authenticated user on an adjacent network and runs injected commands with uhcapache privileges, enabling compromise within that service account's access.
