Unauthenticated session takeover via active-session listing
Published Aug 27, 2025 · Updated Aug 27, 2025
Missing authentication in CGM CLININET before 2024.MS4 allows remote attackers to take over active user sessions through a CGI endpoint. GetActiveSessions.pl returns live session identifiers without verifying the caller's identity. The application server must be reachable and a target session must be active; takeover inherits that user's privileges, including administrator rights.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
